ROSE CUT

A rose cut diamond is a unique and antique style of diamond cut. A rose cut diamond has a flat bottom and a domed crown with a varying number of triangular facets arranged in a symmetrical pattern. The rose cut diamond is named so because its shape resembles the petals of a rosebud. It typically has a flat base with anywhere from three to 24 triangular facets, forming a pointed dome-shaped crown. The facets are arranged in a way that gives the diamond a unique, multidimensional appearance. Rose cut diamonds can come in various shapes, including Round, Oval, Pear, Marquise and many more based on customization. There has been a resurgence of interest in rose cut diamonds due to their vintage appeal and unique aesthetic.
