Refund policy

At Rose Creation, every diamond is handcrafted with precision and care. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we maintain a thoughtful and transparent return and exchange policy.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, certificates, and invoice must be included

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry

  • Personalized designs

  • Items purchased during sale or special promotions


Exchanges

We offer exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Applicable only for unused items in original condition

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid. If lower, the balance may be issued as store credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos for verification

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
